first steroid course: winstrol. diet advice needed!!

Hello there, I could do with some advice as I've just started a course of winstrol which is my first course of steroids !
I'm 25 years old, 5foot 9inches and weight 13 stone! I'm around 12 percent body fat!

I'm on 2x 25mg tablets a day, and have 100 to get through!
I've been on them 2 weeks and a day so far, is this too soon to notice any changes?

Here is an example of my daily diet:

9am-
*8 eggs (3 yolks)-300cals/36g ptein/18g fat
*75g flour-220cals/45g carb

520cals/36g ptein/45g carb/18g fat

*TRAIN*

11:30am-
*30g whey-120cals/23g ptein
*20g whey-80cals/18g ptein
*75g oats-220cals/45g carb
*milk-50cals/4g carb

470cals/41g ptein/49g carb

3pm-
*1 1/2 tin tuna-220cals/45g ptein
*130g cooked rice-220cals/40g carb

440cals/45g ptein/40g carb

7pm
*150g chicken-220cals/37g ptein
*1/2 tin tuna-70cals/15g ptein
*70g cooked rice-130cals/20g carb

420cals/52g ptein/20g carb

10pm-
*60g whey-240cals/42g ptein
*150g yogurt-90cals/10g ptein/12g carb
*peanut butter-100cals/7g fat

430cals/52g ptein/12g carb/7g fat


11:30pm
*20g casein-120cals/21g ptein

My totals round up between 2000-2500cals/150-200g protein/220g-250g ptein and 30-50g fat!

I train 5 times a week, 45-60mins weight training followed by 20-30mins cardio, either moderate or HIIT!

I've been told I'm not eating enough to get any gains from this, but I'm sort of trying to stay lean for a holiday in july!

Any tips and advice? Thanks...
