    My cutting diet on Test prop/anavar

    Stats:
    5'10
    207 lbs
    13-14% BF

    CYCLE
    10 weeks.
    50mg test prop ED
    100mg anavar ED


    DIET:

    Meal 1: 500ml egg white drank liquid + 30 g peanut butter
    70-6-14

    Meal 2: 300g chicken breast + 200g greek yogourt
    83-10-3

    10 mins treadmill, workout, 45 mins treadmill

    Meal 3 (shake): 60g whey + a bagel
    65-40-3

    Meal 4:
    300g horse meat+ 150g fat free sliced kraft cheese
    78-10-15

    meal 5:
    200g horse meat+ 200g greek yogourt+ 30g peanut butter
    67-12-24

    Total:
    363 prot
    78 carbs
    59 fats
    about 2300 calories

    Workout:
    Day 1: Bicep tricep forearm
    Day 2: Chest abs
    Day 3 Back, deadlifts
    Day 4: shoulders, traps, abs
    Day 5: Chest abs
    Day 6: legs
    Day 7: rest

    Cardio on all days except leg day
    Average of 700 calories under maintenance per day.

    How's it look? aiming for 190-200 lbs at 7-8% BF by 10th week.

    No carbs at all before ur workout? And any reason for fat with meal 1? I usually do protein/carbs for first meal instead of protein/ fat. I would recommend that bc it's also ur pre workout meal

    Also- anytime I want to get under 8% no breads at all def not any bagels and no cheese. This works for me

    alright ill replace bread by oats. Why no bread?

    One of the more knowledgeAble guys on here (sorry i cant remember who ) posted an article about what we call whole wheat bread and how its not good for us to eat.. My memory is bad but i read most of it and it made some pretty good points.. Part of which had to do with chemicals and the way wheat is grown now versus the way it used to be grown..

    Long story short wheat bread is not a good carb source.. For myself id rather play it safe and go with old reliable oats and sweet potato
