    Exclamation Protein complementary charts

Anyone know anywhere that has a list of protein food sources that complement each other?

For example peanuts and milk give you a close to complete amino acid profile when eaten together. The missing amino acids in the peanuts are filled in by the protein in the milk.

Don't have time to research one now, but off the top of my head - rice + beans, peanuts + wheat.
