Need help with meals on the Road

I travel with my company and when I'm on the road my diet goes to shit, most of the hotels I stay have neither a microwave or a fridge. I'm wondering if anyone has came up with some good solutions/alternatives. I usually eat about 4000 calories ed when I'm at home, and now I prob not even half that, I can feel all my hard work melting away. Any help appreciated

Get a foreman grill a shaker cup and hit the local grocery. A small portable fridge is also a option depending on your transportation. I take my foreman everywhere

get a small cooler man, surely your hotel has an ice machine...meats, eggs, etc should keep for several days in a cooler thats left in the room!
