Do you change your PWO nutrition after something aerobic, like jogging for 45 mins or playing a long game of basketball vs something like weight lifting or are the gerenal concepts the same? Would you just continue with something like 40-50 g protein and 80-100 g carbs, like after lifting or do something else. Would you recommend complex carbs like oats or sweet potatoes or use something quick like dextrose/maltodextrin to try and recover quick/spike insulin . Still lifting 4 times a week and trying to bulk up, but wondering how to eat after aerobic stuff. I know the quick carbs vs complex carbs is controversial anyways and some people say just stick with complex regardless, but however you do it, should you adjust it based on the type of exercise you do?
