Question on bodyfat percentages and cutting!

    Hey everyone.
I plan on starting my cutting phase (naturally) in January. I am around 12% bodyfat more or less right now after my bulk. I was wondering if it is possible/normal to cut down to 5%-7% range by June or July (5 or 6 months time to do so). Or is that to quick or too long being in a deficit?
Also I am great with my nutrition so of course I will be eating right, and I know how to cut well.
    Thank You!

Its possible if you are dedicated. If you take clen /t3 you will speed up the process.
I lost 10 pounds in 1 week from clen
    Good Luck!

T3 is not a good idea. You will lose muscle on T3 if you're not geared up.

Anything is possible, OP, but it's probably not the healthiest route. I would think long term.

Why 5-7% BF? that's a low measurement, that could lead to impacts on your health for any prolonged period of time.
From what I've learned the lower BF% you go the more your body fights to keep it, so chances of muscle loss could be very high if not managed correctly.

With a solid diet, training regimen, cardio, etc. it's doable - however unless you're planning to compete, I don't know why you'd want to get that low. 5% bodyfat is bodybuilder competition numbers and won't be sustainable for very long. If you're looking to cut and maintain, why not go with a more realistic goal, somewhere around the 9-10% range? JMO

Respectfully disagree. In my experience, the reason most people lose muscle on T3 is because they use WAY too much. A low to moderate dose will do it's job without causing LBM loss in most cases.

^^ why even suggest GH and the like when you have no idea about the OP's nutrition and training habits? This isn't the section for that. I wouldn't want a newb to come across your post and take it at face value and wind up on the wrong track, with no foundation or fundamental knowledge of the game.
