I am currently on a bulk phase (No AAD used) and just looking for some opinions on the diet I am eating for the purpose of gaining weight!

40 years old
173cm
78Kg
14% bf

My maintenance level is 2749kcal.

DIET (Gainer) on Workout Days
Breakfast Eggs and Ham - 500kcal
Snack Protein Shake - 200kcal
Lunch Chicken and Cheese - 800kcal
Snack Cheese and Nuts - 400kcal
Dinner Meat & Cheese - 1000kcal
Snack Slice of bread - 150kcal
Total 3050kcal (about 30g of carbs in there from the late night snack)
