    Looking for a good website to calculate my calorie intake..

    Hi fellows,

    I'm looking for a qualitative and updated website where I can find a list of the calories and macronutrients for every kind of food I eat cause I'm trying to review my diet. I had some great books in the past but I left them in another state so I can't reed them now...

    Any advice would be glad.

    try myfitnesspal.com, it's what I use and has a very comprehensive list. There is also a macro guide in the nutrition forum put together by members of steroid .com that is also pretty good, as it covers the majority of foods in a bodybuilding diet without having to sift through tons of stuff we'd never really eat.
