App question

So I'm having a hard time eating evey 2 hrs and I was wondering if there's an app for the iPhone to go off when it's time to eat

You don't have to eat every two hours.

Just eat to your macros everyday and you will be fine.

Unless you have to eat every two hours due to medicine or something like that, just use the simple alarm that came with the phone. Prob solved.
