    is this diet to harsh for fat loss ???

    okay so started new diet as i wanted to loose abit of fat and i was probally around 18% but literally only sitting around my stomach and about 3 weeks ago i started a strict diet literally cutting out all crap altho i didnt eat much just eat alot of carbs as i was bulking but within 3 weeks i have lost almost 10lbs and am worried if this will be alot of muscle ??
    diet now is
    1: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg
    2: chicken breast half sweet potato
    3: PWO 50g whey protein
    4: chicken breast half sweet potato
    5: chicken breast table spoon PB
    6: 4 egg whites 1 whole egg

    Post the macros. Why are you not eating the yolk? It's the most nutrient part of the egg.

    do you weigh your chicken breast, whenever i was losing body fat everything was weighed to a tee. also dont think you having enough good fats. and possibly look at eating lean steak before bed instead of egg whites they are too fast to digest you will become catabolic quickyl where as steak does take a while to break down.
