    Roughly weekly:
    ~15 lbs meats
    4 dozen eggs
    4 gal milk
    Oats
    candy
    nuts
    2 bunches bananas
    lettuce
    onions
    bell peppers
    5 lbs potatoes
spinach and other fresh leafy greens
    3-5 broccoli crowns
    random fruits
canned stuff (canned veggies, pinto and black beans, etc. for when I'm in a hurry and can't cook fresh)
Ancillaries like ketchup, mustard, mayo, bbq sauce, spices; if I'm running out
Whey and Casein every few weeks
    Supplements (aminos, vitamins, etc.)
    Cheese
    Multi-grain bread

I'm sure I forgot some things but that's mainly it!

I spend ~ $175 /wk. I guess. I don't really pay much attention because these things are required

Interesting lists. I just read a crazy statistic. Seems folks from Austin, TX spend more money on food than anyone else. They compared 1 Austinite spends more than 5 households in Detroit. Crazy.

Some great lists going on! Ive managed to whittle mine down to a very respectable £40 a week, cost is a major factor for me though, as I am a student, so I dont make the choices I would if I had a better budget.

Id be interested to see yours Aust!

So its still a porridge type thing. Im sure a post by 405 saying he put bacon, cheese, grits and some other stuff in a cup, which made me think originally it was like grated potatoe (hash). Interesting, I'll keep my eye out in the supermarket!

Yep, basically a corn porridge. They can be mixed with lots of stuff, but cheese is a very common addition.

    Now that I'm flexible dieting I kind if just get what I want but a few staples are going to be;

    Chicken Breast
    Basmati Rice, white and brown
    Sweet potato
    Pasta
    Puy lentils
    Frozen peppers, broccoli

The bulk of my protein comes from chicken breast and protein powder.... The rest of my diet is now coming from whatever the hell I want.... And I'm loving it...

This is why I could never run a truly 'flexible' diet. What I 'want' consists of:

    Peanut butter Kandy Cakes
    Five Guys Burgers and Fries
    Tasteecake Butterscotch Krimpets
Cookies/ice cream/cakes, baked goods, bagels, cereal, etc. etc. etc. lol

Well you can fit it in M8.... I'd say flexible dieting is the best thing to ever happen to me as far as bodybuilding and nutrition... My outlook is completely different.... I can't explain it, but just imagine going to bed, waking up and thinking what do you want to eat.... That's what I now do.... I have a rough plan but if I want something I will flex it in there...

I had beans on toast with beef sausages for breakfast today.... I will probably have the same tomorrow....

I'd honestly recommend flexible dieting to most people.... Even you, if you have a bad relationship with food.... E have talked b4 about this GB and were similar in our ways.... Negativity breeds negativity so you feel bad you eat too much shit and its a cycle you and me have both been stuck in for some time..... I would go for periods where I ate only 'clean' foods and hit my numbers but then go on a complete binge because I was craving something.... But now I eat what I crave... It's just portion control....
