Help go down to 6-7% bf! Please! Holding some water!
Guys it seems like stuck at 8-9%bf!
I wana loose that last layer of skin and fat! Like 2-3cms to be tight and rock solid.
I eat 6 times/day
I used to carb cycle.
But now i am eating 200gs carbs a day, 250gs proteins and 30-40gs of fat. All cRbs come from oatmeal and veggies. No sugars at all. It seems am fuller now but holding some water.
I think carb cycling works better for me but on days where i have 0gs of carbs i kinda get really tired and depressed.
Cardio is done everyday for 40mins.

dude based on ur OP u should be able to figure this out a lot better than any of us as u managed to get to 8% then u have the knowledge necessary from a dietary standpoint plus the added advantage of knowing ur own body..
my guess is u need to reduce carbs.. if ur eating the same amount every day.. looking good in the avi (assuming its you)
have u ever been to 6% before? are u on anything??

Of course its me!! The thing is that i am stuck on my current bodyfat! And yes my body reacts badly to carbs. I think carb cycling suits me the best!
Nope 8-9 is the lowest i achieved, never been down to 6.
I was intended to start var, test prop and masterone but now i will postpone it cause we have a aas blood test and drug tests at work.

interesting! what field are u in?
i would suggest cycling ur carbs and running maybe 2 low and one high day.. maybe even 3low eventually.. i would wait until u can run the aas personally itll allow u to spare more of ur LBM getting that low..
dropping cals too on non training days will help..
