Belly Fat... Help
Ok, got that last 7 lbs of stubborn belly fat. Want to do my first real cycle but have been advised to get BF down a bit more. I am on a TRT protocol of TEst C 400 per month pin once every two weeks. Diet is pretty clean, doing hour of cardio 3 to 4 times a week.
Any other suggestions or questions?

41 years old
6' tall
175 lbs
15 to 17 percent
Guessing on the body fat
Don't really have a way to check. I am going to buy calipers today.
I use the Lose It App for tracking.
Calories 1850 to 2000
Carbs 170 to 200
Protein 150 to 180
Weights 3x week
Cardio 3 to 4x week. Strictly aerobic. Heart rate about 130 beats per min for 45 min to an hour.
Take Supps.
BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, Protein before and after workout.
Test C 200 every two weeks. Just started this month.

I wouldn't drop your calories below 2000 for now. Look to aim for
210g protein
50-60g fat
160g carbs
Try that for 2 weeks and see how you go.
And please post in our TRT specific section about your own TRT.

Guess I should also say I travel a lot for work so sometimes my healthiest chioce is a Sub sandwhich... and probably snack on stuff I shouldn't.

Make subway fit your macro's and pack your own food where possible. Consistency is key.
