Yes if u r concerned about fat calories in the coconut oil! Otherwise chicken is chicken.

Btw coconut oil is a healthier option then some others like crisco. I use Pam. Fat free.

U don't need much coconut oil to fry a piece of chicken. As long as you aren't deep frying and u consider it in your macros. I would be able to incorporate that into my macros. Sounds delicious too.

Also consider Spices - awesome way to add flavor with no extra calories.

I HATE the fact that Pam is considered Fat Free when it in reality is not. Not trashing you GGR just hate that S**T. Arghh, does it ever make me angry.

Sorry for venting my Pam frustration in this thread ;-)

    Thanks

I just bought an Oil Mister and fill it up with the oil of choice at that time. Works great and I know what I am eating.

So Pam can call itself Fat Free because it is all about how you define servings. Anyone ever try to use One serving of Pam? I dare anyone to do it since that is the only way to get it Fat free. One Servering = 1/4 of a second of Spraying.

    Thanks

Either way, the spray "fat free" is easy to use and I use very minimal compared to what i would use of any other oil. I use it more for keeping shit from sticking to the pan. I wouldn't recommend emptying the can out in a pan and deep frying with it. You have to use some common sense with anything.

I primarily use a wok and it already is Teflon coated.

I just picked up an oil spritzer but haven't used it yet.
