Milos Sarcev is THE MAN
I just finished watching his 6 part series on nutrition, and got a lot out of it. - thanks Panzerfaust- One question I still have relates to what baseline to use to determine protein intake. I currently weigh 260 but want to get down to 220 ideally. (I'm 28% BF) Do I base the 1.5g protein/lb on current weight or target weight?

Try to base it off of your lean body mass. My suggestion is for you to make a thread, post up your stats, goals, and try to formulate a diet for us here to critique. Making a thread will make you more accountable and we will keep you motivated!
