how low is actually low carb?

    hello guys,
Is there some type of diet possible which can lose fat from me and keep me lean all year round?
I mean some fixed amount of carbs to be consumed daily ...say 100g carbs?

if we call this type of diet a low carb diet, How low should be the carbs daily so that it does not cause any harm to the body?

Carbs don't harm your body and I guess you mean by harming is gaining fat..

If you speak about keto , then I suggest you stay under 50 gm of carbs / day

I'm sorry looks I misunderstood your question..
I've stayed on keto for 18 months .
Liver , kidney values were within the range after 3 months from stopping keto..
Unfortunately I didn't run any bloods while I was on keto , so I dunno if liver/kidney functions were screwed at that time.

I was at 250-260 I ended up at about 180.
I approached Atkins diet , which is a retarded approach IMO ..
Keto tracks ur cals while Atkins doesn't ..
I was not working out at that time , I ended up thinner , but I looked like shit.
    I was skinny fat.

I can only imagine how annoying it would be to maintain less than 100g of carbs year-round.. In regards to health, I can't imagine it being too great for you either.

    Less than 30g for me.

Yea, but wouldn't a good cycle help with all that?

And what did you do after that?
