How long until calorie restriction diet negatively effects hormone levels

My diet plan invloves 3.5 days of extremely low cals (1200) and only 50 grams of carbs . Followed by a carb load then two days at 10% below maintainance i ran this diet for 8 weeks and lost 20 lbs while maintaning strength and muscle. But by the end of the 8 weeks my libido was non existent. I wanted to run it another 2-4 weeks to get to 10% bf and was curious if i can get away with this without crashing hormones in this time frame. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

I know that once I did a crash diet , my test went deeply low and I have bloods to confirm .. Never again ..
IMO, slow and steady wins the race .. Why don't take a diet break and continue fresh later on ?

I just took a 2 week diet break where i ate at and above maintanance. Didnt count calories just ate when i was hungry. Feeling better now just wanted to know if it takes time for the hormones to be negatively effected . Like a few weeks because i was only planning on running it a few weeks but im hesitant because i dont want
My libido to go in the toilet again.

Given you're over 21-22 and your testes aren't still developing your hormones should bounce back to normal after dieting. Not sure how long it takes for them to drop though.
