    My diet plan for my cycle what you think

    I will be on cycle soon this is my meals plan

    Meal-1 8-10egg white with 3 yolks. 1-1.5 cup oats 1tb of olive oil or penaut butter. Milk

    Meal-2 250g lean beef or chicken breast. 1cup brwone rice. Vegetables or nuts.

    Meal-3 3 scoop whey 600ml milk. Half banana

    Meal-4 as meal 3 or 2

    Meal-5 as meal 2 or 1

    Meal-6 1-2 scoop whey with milk

    Nuts between meals.

    Body fat 18%. Height 6.3 weight less than 110 a bit

    I am no specialist but why would you take 3 scoops of whey as a meal? 1-2 is plenty and also I would take with water rather than Milk. I would cut the oats down in meal 1 to just half a cup made with water, this is plenty if you are going to eat the egg/egg whites.

    What are you goals and time to reach these? What will your training programme look like? What cycle are you running?

    I want to gain 6kg of muscle hopffuly

    Training will be 20-25set for big muscles 15-18 set for small muscle 2-3 hours in the gym 6 days a week forget about the 45 minutes its bullshitt for me. Cardio 3-5 times

    So should I low the carb? When I use 3 scoop I can see fuller muscle as you know in this sport there's no 1 way for every one everyone should find his way to success however its not bad to ask advices

    With that kind of training volume i am out...chronic over training in my opinion, quality over quantity all day everyday...

    I tried low volume but I become small withen 2 weeks I think volume work fine for me

    What is your goal? Bulking, cutting? Just curious as to what you want to achieve. It seems more crucial knowing what you wan to achieve before critiquing your plan.
