Fasting....
Well the religious obligation is coming up for muslims.. 'ramadan'. I have to unfortunately/fortunately participate due to being with family during the time who are religious and I am not.
So the basics is that I will still be mid cut during this time, and we cannot consume food/liquid from sun-rise to sundown. That gives me 6 hours to fit in 2,000 calories (might drop to 1,800 because I won't be bothered to do cardio) as well as a workout in. Will it impact fat loss if I eat say 2am in the morning 1,000 calories and the other 1,000 at like 9pm? Since the net calorie balance is 2,000 it should be fine right? Thats assuming its following calories in vs calories out.

Sounds like a good plan, try it out and tweak where you can

It's basically just forced intermittent fasting. A great weight loss tool plenty of people have success with.

You might want to do a little research on intermittent fasting. If not, then to answer your question you will be fine. I would try and split it up into three times if you can but don't stress if not.

it is a great tool I train fasted and have had great success losing unwanted bf that way. some people will wait until the end of the day to consume all of their calories and fast all day long. I personally have to eat by lunch or im out for the count lol but it does work

In the 6 hour period I'll probably fit it in like this
Breakfast - pre workout - post workout - final meal.
Happy days. Cheers guys
