    What to eat and when?

Have all my macros counted, I have all my meals planned, I enjoy the foods I eat, it's cost effective....

But, I don't know when to eat what! Like what to eat pre workout and what to eat afterwards. I just realized my meal planning doesn't take I to account when I am eating certain foods, it only counts if I ate them during the day at all.

don't worry about meal timing unless you are competing in an event or for performance. just go by what your body is telling you.

some like to have carbs pre-workout, helps with performance. some like to have them afterwards, to help replenish glycogen stores.

if you have your macros counted, then that is all you need to worry about

I would largely agree with this.

Yeah man doesn't really matter. I do enjoy a majority of my carbs before workout and after. Then I taper my carbs throughout the day.

This, don't stress over the minutia.
