Question about creatine
A buddy of mine started taking creatine, did the loading stage and another week, ran out of cash to buy more and just got some, He said he has being off for almost 2 weeks, does he need to do the loading stage again, which is 2 scoops twice a day, or the after the loading stage, two scoops once a day

Loading is horse****. You only need to load for two 2 days at best anyway-if that. Any more and you piss it all out.

the loading pahse is a total marketing stategy. You body can only intake and use so much creatine. Alll extra becomes wasted.

Is he taking Cell-Tech, or something like it? Just buy pure 100% creatine, you can put 5g at a time in your mouth and it dissolves without a taste... and if you're in that hype about dextrose just go out and buy yourself a bag of that for $3, a few packs of koolaid and make your own. You'll save a bundle of money and it will last months longer. Make sure you're drinking hella water.
And if you're premixing the dextrose and koolaid don't add the creatine till you plan on drinking it.

While the loading phase does not give a creatine user any additional benefits, it is helpful to create a quicker saturation in the muscles. Studies show that the user can take in as much as 20-30g per day for 5-10 days.
