Cutting
Meal 1
------
* 12 egg whites
* 100g Oatmeal
Meal 2
------
* 40g Whey in water + 40g Maltodex
Meal 3 (Lunch) -
-----------------------------------------
* 2 chiken breasts + 100g Brown rice
* Salad
Meal 4 - 60 a 45min Before training
-----------------------------------
* 40g Whey c/agua
Meal 5 - (Post-Training)
---------------------
* 40g Whey in water + 40g Dextrose
Meal 6 - Dinner
---------------
* 300g fish + Salada
Meal 7 - Before bed time
------------------------
12 egg whites ou 40g Protein ( casein)
What do you think? is this a goog cutting diet?

Sr Bofia, Maltodextrin and dextrose should only be used post workout as an insulin spike. Also, where are your efa's? The only fats in your diet come from the fish and that is definitely not sufficient. I would suggest you add 1-2 tbsp of flax (1 in your last meal and 1 in meal 2 instead of the maltodex) You should cut the egg whites at night, as that is too much. (98g protein right before bed?) If you need the protein i suggest you wake up in the night and down a shake rather than taking it all in at one time, as unused protein will be stored as fat.
