    I signed up specifically to weigh in on this. **** THIS GUY. I am on my third spike, all three have been horrendous, but tried as much as I could to find fault in my own method with the first two that went bad in my glutes, but I was wrong. The gear is poison. My quad is the size and color of a Christmas ****ing ham and my knee is throbbing so bad I can hardly stand on it. And this is day 5. I have done warm compresses and hot baths and everything else, the gear is rotten. Stay away
