45 days into p90x. I have lost 4 in waist and 25pds of fat.6'1 and 280 in this pic. On hrt .75 cc of test cy. Weeky. Due to testicular ca. No before pics taken, too fat.

I'm a new person already. I feel like I can flip a car over ! I work in hospital and wear scrubs that are loose. I showed some friends pics and they are doing p90x now too. I'm still at around 3400 cal. A day and still looking weight.
