17 years old, 2 years taking steroids
i was taking 250 mg test C/E(switching) for the last 2 years
2 months ago i stopped, and there are no that much changes (pshychological or physical) except my sex drive went a little bit down
what do you think, except that it was stupid and unnecessary
how time does it take since the last shot, your test levels to drop? from what i know it should be around 10 days
thanks for any responses in advance

Congrats you have now messed up your development for life.........
There is a reason OTHER then being mature why we say wait untill you are 25, even 21 at the min but to me this is still WAY to young because alot are not FULLY developed *means not just growth spurts, but development, like your balls dick and endo system* they are not finished for alot till about the age of 23-26.
and you are telling me you started at 15yrs old? how tall are you? expect to stay that way now.
MAN I really hope you are a troll trying to get a rise out of us....Last edited by bigpapabuff; 09-17-2012 at 07:32 AM.

anyway i need to go to make a blood test to check the test levels
they were pretty low before i started
normal was 8 - 40 nmol mine was 11, i was feeling too weak basically (mentally mostly) thats why i started hrt on my ownLast edited by crazy99; 09-17-2012 at 07:43 AM.

You were not on HRT. HRT involves a medical necessity supervised by a doctor where BW is periodically pulled, reviewed and changes are made to improve effectiveness of the therapy. You need to go to a doctor, be up front and have full blood work done. Lets hope everything returns to normal with no permanent damage done. Damage/issues don't always show up within weeks of coming off. They can rear their ugly head months to years down the road.
Good luck.

where do these kids come from?
mate,
99.999% of kids that age do NOT need ANY steroids !
We advocate the safe and intelligent use of steroids. I don't see how your use of steroids corresponds in any way to our ideals.

anytime we discuss steroid useage and youngsters in a positive light, youngsters misunderstand our message as an endorsement. therefore, I do not ever recommend or advise taking to anyone your age. Period.

Op, you're looking for more info on potential side effects. Here they are. Easily found at steroidabuse.com
Re-evaluate your thought process on this subject. Read and learn. Feel free to stick around and learn. The education is free!
Again, good luck and do the right thing...
SHORT TERM SIDE EFFECTS
The short term, more immediate side effects of steroid abuse are a veritable buffet of problems. Let’s start with the men. Acne, testicular atrophy, decreased sperm count, gynecomastia (enlarged breasts in men), high blood pressure, increased LDL (bad) cholesterol, decreased HDL (good) cholesterol, fluid retention, abnormal liver function, and prostate enlargement, just to name a few.
SHRUNKEN TESTICLES
Testicular atrophy, a fancy term for shrunken balls, isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Because an outside source of testosterone is being introduced to the body, the testes no longer get the signal to produce their share. The brain is also being told to slow down the sperm factory, and that the body is getting sperm from an outside source, usually the hypodermic needle. The brain then sends a signal back to the testicles to take a break. This new function can cause temporary sterility, and the jury is still out on whether steroids are linked with permanent sterility or not. But why take the chance?
LONG TERM SIDE EFFECTS:
STUNTED GROWTH
Studies have shown that adolescents who abuse steroids are at risk of being short for life. Because the body responds to puberty by slowing and eventually stopping growth, the pubescent period of life is crucial to future development. When the adolescent brain senses a certain level of hormones in the body, it will send messages to the bones to stop growing, closing the growth plates in the long bones. Young male abusers can expect to be permanently shorter than average height
NEUROLOGICAL ISSUES
Studies have confirmed steroid abuse has a long term effect on the neurological pathways of the brain. Depending on the age when steroids are taken, the effects can sometimes be permanent. For example, abusing steroids in the teenage years of development has shown to affect the brain’s ability to properly produce serotonin, the enzyme tied with our sense of well-being. This tampering with serotonin can lead to permanent increases in depression and aggression. In women, this hormonal tampering can also lead to significantly lower levels of progesterone and estrogen, potentially upsetting the delicate balance of female chemistry and inducing severe anxiety and depression.

Based on his posts I think the neurological issues have already occured. Yes, I'm being serious. He seems to be having trouble relaying basic information in a rational manner.

Not sure, but he may have checked out on us.
OP, if you're reading, 11nmol is = to 317ng/dl on our charts. With anyone, that is indeed considered low ...
Here's an additional thought for you to ponder though ... If your serum level was indeed 11nmol prior to ever taking any exogenous testosterone , then it obviously points someone like me to wonder why so low? Unless there's some delayed puberty thing going on, your serum should be plenty high at 17yo. So, again, this makes me think, "Why so low?" It's either low because there's a problem with your testicles, or more than likely it would be HPTA related, which at 17, could mean a pituitary condition like a tumor. Don't believe me, look it up! We have members right here that have been through it.
It's only too late after it's too late! You have been presented with the truth from all sides. Hope you grab it and run with it.

[QUOTE=Vettester;6166237]Not sure, but he may have checked out on us.
Yeah he had to leave. It was way past his bed time and his mom shut off his computer and turned out his bedroom light, tucked him in and kissed him good nite!

Crazy99 if in fact you do go to a doctor, be totally up front with him. Also, please update this thread with results, blood work, anything you find out. This can seriously be a learning experience for everyone here and help future teens at the same time.
So, please seek the help you need and get back to us!
Thanks,
kel

Just for the record, post #25 was not a quote from me, it was from Shol'va. Somehow my name was put in quote, but the words were from Shol'va. Just thought that should be clarified ...

I don't know why everyone was jumping on this guy.. I thought we are hear to help others, not to be pricks.. I know some did help, but alot just gave him shit... Meth is a whole different issue.... Not suppose to discuss recreational drugs here... Get that under control or it will definitely destroy your life... Good luck with everything.
