Water retention do to elevated E2 is a good possibility.

Did you have E2 checked before you started your protocol?

Are there provisions in your protocol to add in an AI in the event E2 elevates?

Any other symptoms of elevated E2 like sensitive or itchy nipples?

Honestly, it's not that uncommon at all to retain some water when starting out on a new TRT protocol...it happened to me and it subsides as your body gets used to the great and wonderful changes taking place.

agree with GD, same experience here! are the pants getting tighter? if so not a good sign, which means e2 is up and therefore retaining water and maybe adding some fat. if not then its possible that you've added some muscle!

New theory going around about subq pinning for HRT purposes. Do some research and let us know. It's very interesting. Sounds like it helps keep e2 down and possibly about to run HRT without an AI long term.
