Blood work results....I have a few questions

I just received my results and had some questions. This is my first bw since starting trt about 2 months ago.
    My protocol now..
    Test Cyp- 50mg 2x week
    HCG - 250iu 2x week
    DHEA (micronized) 25mg 2x day
    Preg (micronized) 25mg 2x day

Test Serum- (693) 348-1197...2 months ago it was 405.
    Test %- (23.3) 9.0-46.0
    Test Free & Weakly Bound- (161.5) 40.0-250.0
    Estradiol Sensitive- (18) 3-70
    LH- (0.1) 1.7-8.6 ...November 2012 it was 2.2
    FSH- (0.3) 1.5-12.4...November 2012 it was 5.5
Cholesterol- (102) 100-199...2 months ago it was 171
Triglycerides- (38) 0-149...2 months ago it was 75
HDL- (42) ...2 months aho it was 52
LDL- (52) ...2 months ago it was 104
    SHBG- (28.1) 16.5-55.9 ...2 months ago it was 32.4

I am feeling alot better than I was so I know it is working. My questions are...
1- Why did my Lipid Panel drop like it did? (yes I did fast)
2- What do I do about the LH and FSH?
3- Does my E look too low? Do I start taking more Test to raise my E? I would like to see my Test get a little higher.
I didnt list all my lab results so just ask if you need me list more info. Thanks.

Not sure why hdl dropped. I would add 3-4 grams of fish oil or krill oil. E is a little low, mid to upper 20's would be better. Are you taking an AI? Numbers all-in-all are not too bad just 2 months in. I would keep an eye on your rbc, hemaglobin and hematocrit over time as well. If your feeling good I would maybe hold off on upping the dose for a while. Less is more with trt if you feel fine.

LH and FSH are normal for HRT use. MY HDL dropped on trt. If not on a ai do not get on one. And I would up to 60 mg twice a week but that's just me. I am no expert, kind of a newb as well.

exogenous androgens generally have a negative effect on lipid profile... for now, I'd recommend natural approaches such as fish like mentioned above.
lh and fsh go to 0 because taking TRT tells your brain "we have enough testosterone !" so your balls basically hibernate.

I wouldn't stress about the E2 right now because you're not on an AI. it very well might rise and "even out" in due time.

I am not on an AI. I donated blood a few days after my tests so I hope that will help with my numbers. I plan on donating every 2 months.
    RBC- (5.22) 4.14-5.80 - 2 months ago= 5.16
    Hemoglobin- (16.9) 12.6-17.7 - 2months ago= 17.1
    Hematocrit- (50.5) 37.5-51.0 - 2 months ago= 47.9

When would you guys recommend my next blood work???

keep an eye on ferritin and serum iron, if you maintain that frequency of blood donations I can't imagine your body will be getting enough iron over time.

ferritin is the storage form of iron. iron is critical to your body, both mentally and physically.

Well it doesnt look like I have those labs. I did a CBC w/Diff, CMP, Lipid, FSH, LH, Test, E-sensitive, SHBG. What do I need to ask for next time? When should I get tested again?? 8-12 weeks?? Longer ??
