    Broken blood vessels in the eye

    Ever since I started on TRT I keep getting broken blood vessels in my eyes. Is this a side effect of the higher then normal blood pressure or is it because I lift too heavy?

    Well, what is your blood pressure like?
    Are you breathing while lifting, or doing valsava maneuvers?
