TREN for first blast?
Ok so I've been on TRT for a while now and want to do a short blast. I'm prescribed 200mg a week but only use 50mg E3d. I'm thinking of doing a short blast of 250mg test C and 75mg tren A EOD so about 250 a week also. Im thinking ill run the the test C for 4 weeks prior to the tren to get my AI dialed in and feeling good. Then introduce the tren so I can asses my sides from tren. I have never cycled before but read don't use tren on first cycle. Goal is to get single digit bodyfat. Thoughts?

Bad idea.
How long have you been on TRT and why are you administering far less than your Rx? You really need to familiarize yourself tremendously with progestins before diving into that world.
What's wrong with blasting test? Why the most powerful steroid on earth for your first run?

I'm 6'1 210lbs about 15% bodyfat. I finally found a doc to prescribe test to me but it was his way or the highway. He said 200mg once as week, he didn't even want to do bloodwork after, he wanted to plan a checkup in 6 months. I decided to use my own protocol and get testing done to determine if AI is needed. 50mg twice a week left me at about 550 test levels so bumped it E3d and stayed there. Why tren ? Because I can blast at moderate test and introduce a low dose of Tren to achieve my goal. Currently using a carb backloading approach to diet and dropping .5-1 lb a week which I think is good for preserving muscle. I think tren would allow me to drop BF why possibly maintaing my weight and end up bigger then before with less BF

250 mg is not a low dose of trenbolone .
It doesn't sound like you're dialed into your TRT program and/or diet. You should find a better doctor.
Look, 15 % body fat isn't super low. That means you're carrying plenty of fat that can be managed/burned with diet and training. It would make more sense if you said you're at 11% and want to reach 10%. (Even then, your history does not qualify you for this plan in my opinion)
Personally, I would spend my time in the nutrition section to find out what you're doing wrong.
