    3x injecting a week

Hey figured I'd ask instead of beat around the bush

I've on 11 weeks on HRT now and things have changed a lot, however, I did notice something

I currently do 2x injections of test cyp a week and there is one issue I'm noticing with the timing

By the time I hit the day before injection I'm feeling a bit rough again and after injection I feel better

Basically I'm at 200mg a week of cyp

I'm interested in maybe changing from 2 injections a week to 3 so my levels don't bounce up and down

Or I can just increase my injections to 250mg total per week and stick with 2x injections?

Any tip? I've heard 2-3 injections a week is ideal

Personally, I think 200 mg per week is excessive already. What is your total and free T right before the injection is due? At 11 weeks, you should be at a very stable level. I'd also be interested in knowing your SHBG level. Guys with low SHBG tend to need more T more frequently. You may be one of them.

In answer to your question, I'd go with the 3 day protocol first before bumping it up even more. Have you considered an every 3 day or every other day protocol? That way the injection volumes are the same and your labs will not fluctuate depending on which nadir day you use.

My total T last time I took bloods was 7 days out from previous injection and my levels were somewhere in the 860s. 8 days post injection. I actually changed my dosage since that time and should have new blood work in the next few days

I changed my dosage from 1x200mg a week to two shots which still gives me 200mg of test cyp (HRT) Currently 2 shots at half ml = 200mg

    .5ml x2 = 1ml of 200mg

I figured I should also be honest with myself on this and changing my injection to 3x a week really isn't what I need. I've become addicted to test and already am planning what I might add in to my stack while dropping my test dosage. I feel fine at 2x a week, just need to stop letting other things control my moods..

Plus if I ran test pro I probably could get away with running just test 3x a week but I'm running cyp and injection 3x a week doesn't seem like a good idea.

Keeping my dosage the same, have an appt with my HRT doc to go over my blood work in a few days and will see what I need to focus on. I have HCG , AI which I will be starting soon as well (Mostly to keep the gains) Didn't think shrinking testicles would effect me so much but I'm not a fan of having small testicles anymore.

Really looking forward to going over my blood work in the next few days, I haven't taken bloods in 2 months so this would be good to add in and figure out where my levels are at now

Review your BW with your doctor before you make any changes. Post them up here if you can.

I'll add the blood work sometime later in the week.

I also ran into a problem recently, been having libido issues sometimes and its possible I don't use AI or HCG right now and my levels might be out of wack.

I have some blood work coming in a few days and it will be everything from CBC, to a full test panel to, thyroid function, e2 and whatever else is included in the blood work.

Just make sure you get an E2 Sensitive Assay.
