Aromatization Questions

I recently switched from 3 pumps of androgel 1.62% to 300mg test cyp every 2 weeks. I was wondering which method of trt automatizes more the gel or the shots? I noticed after the switch that my nipples got puffy and tender and I felt a lump under my right nipple. I had some adex on hand so Ive been taking 1mg a day for the past 4 days cause I'm scared shittless of gyno. The puffiness seemed to reduce but I still have a very tiny lump under my right nipple. Any chance that will go away? Also Im 19 years old and Its looking like ill be on trt for the rest of my life. Does anyone know the long term health effects of taking an AI like Adex cause its looking like Im going to need it.

first, respond to all JD's questions. secondly i recommend reducing your AI dose to 0.5 mg eod and split your test dose to once a week, even better split to twice a week to help reduce e2 conversion. do 80-90 mgs shots twice a week and take 0.5 mg AI eod.

300mg is a pretty high dose and it will undoubtedly put you into a supraphysiologic state and this will lead to some conversion to estrogen. you would do better by splitting that shot into weekly doses for other reasons as well.

300mg is ridiculously high for the average person. Unless your body processes it at an obscene rate, you'll probably be off the charts on test and estrogen. Only bloodwork will tell for sure.

FWIW, many people find they need Adex even on 100mg a week.

Thanks for the advice. I have 2 pins left and I see my doctor in 2 weeks so Im going to split the dose before I see him.

Do you guys think 300mg is really that high even though I inject once every two weeks? No wonder I gained like 8 lbs this month lol.

300mg in one dose is high, but not if you divide by two shots on a weekly basis (i.e. 150 mgs/per week)...
