Sensitive E2 test @ 344, my guess is something went wrong. Generally the sensitve test should be lower than the regular test. Dude your a women @ 344. Good luck.

Call your lab and see if they can/will retest or validate it. What's your protocol?

Crazy mike I'm not sure what trolling means.. If you remember I told you what my numbers were and you said that this could be a major problem and I needed to get advice from knowledgeable members on what to do because you didn't know what to do..

I don't think anyone is trolling, just worried. The difference between the regular and sensitive e2 makes no sense. I would follow kel's advice. If they say they won't re-test, I'd go to privatemedlabs and get it done. The $70 is worth piece of mind. This needs to be your first step.

Estradiol sensitive 344 range was 3 to 70
    Estradiol 30.8 range 7.6 to 42.6
Test was over 1500. Range 348 to 1197
    Free Test 52. Range 6.8 to 21.5

    Appreciate your help..

that E Sensitive range is off the charts compared to the total serum E2 test, either a typo from the lab or you seriously need to lower e2. if I were you i'd run my own test like suggested above and see where it sits. i know I been answering the same question in two identical threads, and its getting confusing!

Based on reading this forum and others your E2 doesn't look low enough to really be concerned. However, everyone is different. How do you feel at this level?

Which figure do you feel like.....I'd guess that you feel like the 30.8 and are feeling fine? If you are feeling like the 344 then I'd think you'd be feeling bloated and maybe your nipples are puffy and sensitive.

I read on another forum that they think the sensitive labs are getting messed up by the lab, the lab techs aren't handling the sample correctly or something. So the guys on that forum seem to be going more often with the standard E2 test for a guy like your 30.8 one.
