Glutamine and Insulin question...
I understand that taking the appropriate amount of carbs after your Insulin shot is very important, along with Creatine and Glutamine too. But i was just wondering if there is any need to take Glutamine when havin AM shots of Insulin? Or should carbohydrates, creatine and gluatamine always be taken no matter if your having morning or P/W evening shots?

Ahh ok kool bro, thanx for that. I thought Glutamines time of intake is best at b4 and after training. So I thought well there is no point of taking it in the AM when Im not training. But I suppose it would be no harm to take it anyways hey. Thanx again man

3months? Did you use Insulin for all that time with no breaks at all? I thought anything after 5 weeks straight with no breaks is crossing the line?
