    slin and milk powder???

    the carbonhydrates in the milk, it's comlex or simple???, i'm asking this to you, cause a friend of mine wants to use "milk powder" in his slin cycle, i think he means "protein and carbonhydrate same time" but i think there is alot of fat in the milk powders.. what's your opinion??? i mean it's useless, isn't it??

    You can get all different sorts of milk. Low fat, milks that contain medium amount of fat, and I suppose you can get the whole milk which contains a lot of amount of fat. If he wants to use a combination of carbohydrates and protein then milk powder is defenitely something he should stay away from as it is not beneficial when using slin. Just tell him to get some maltodextrin or dextrose as his carbohydrates source, and for his protein source tell him to get some whey protein isolate.
