humalog stays in the blood fro 4 hours. So how long does humulin stay in the blood?

humalog shot IM is out in 2 hrs..im not sure about humalin as i only use humalog...shorter is better here

Yes I dont know if its exactly half but pretty close

yes its sub q...we (guys useing it for growth) are the only ones shooting IM

Yes Sub-q, the graph is based on Insulin use for diebetics

Those using humalog generally inject post workout. So,when I say "sooner than those using humalog," that means some time before postworkout. For example, 15 to 30 minutes before workout is over. Im injecting IM by the way. I hope that cleared things up a little.

Injecting directly into the muscle worked will also result in a quicker uptake of insulin according to Lilly.

Thanx, so tomorrow I train biceps, i will inject 10 ius 20 or maybe even 30 minutes before my workout is over, into my right bicep.
