i'll be using 250 iu's over the course of 6 months, roughly 2iu's a day... my first cycle can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! word is if you want some bigger mass gains you got to crescendo the iu's over time and maybe go through most your cycle @ 3-5 iu's daily ....5 on 2 off

I agree you need atleast 450iu's or so for a good gh cycle. But if you just lookin for fat loss then 300iu's would be fine.
