ifg-lr3...split it up?
I'm going to run 60mcgs a day 5 days a week for 4 weeks...should i do 30 upon wakening or just do it all pwo? thanks. I'v read both.....

do it all post workout, i do it this way, if i work chest, i would put 30 in each side post workout, that works really well for me

I would do it all bi-lat PWO.

why not running it ed?
no need for bi-lat with lr-3.
i always shoot it in the bicep one day left other day right.
and if your not running any aas then i would split it up.

It doesn't necessaraly have to be bi-lat. I only suggested that as I would rather shoot small doses in more than 1 spot, rather than shooting one huge dose at once. So splitting the dose in 2 shots just for that reason may be beneficial, not for site growth if that's what you thought I meant.

What about on non-workout days?
I'm looking at doing 80mcg per day. Is there any benefit in splitting it up into 2 injections?

Thanks for the info like usual. I've read how some people have been taking like 30mcgs upon wakeing then 30pwo. Thats why I wasn't sure. I'm going to split it up 30 and 30 and shot it all pwo. Then on non-workout days, just inject in the moring...Thanks for the help
And I'm going to run it with no aas, just pct only...

Hate to ask another question, but I would like to go the best route. I have more test left. Should I keep taking 500mg of test a week with my igf then start my pct, or go ahead and start my pct with the igf like planned? Guess what I'm asking is will the test increase the results of the igf?

test plus igf will have a synergistic effect but igf during pct will help you recover faster and maybe allow you to even gain some lbs.
i would use it for pct and plan it next time 4 weeks during aas cycle and another during pct.
