i cut the metal cap of the phial ,take out the rubber stopper and preload all my syringes and store them in the fridge.
this saves blunting the pins.
i then add the bacteriostatic water prior to injection post workout.

Is it really a good idea to expose the igf like that? Wouldn't the air contaminate it?

whats your concern? dulling the pin? use the same pin bro.slin pins can be used over and over before they dull.not exactly the best idea but you get the idea.i wouldnt remove the stopper though
