I have just been told by the guy i am getting this off to inject subcutaneously and not intramuscular as is advised on this board

also according to the box - it says to keep it cool when NOT OPEN - and room temp when open

i always thought it was the other way around

The effect of IM may be a little stronger when compared to Sub-Q because the absorption rate is higher. Insulin at room temp is fine, keeping your insulin refridgirated is super safe.

Also when injecting subc..... how do you know when it will be released into the blood? yeah you dont....

Remember for us, (BB who use insulin to grow) IM is the ONLY way insulin needs to be done...
