think i went hypo the other night
dont know if i actually did, but i started feeling dizzy and sick about 40mins after my 65gwhey/ 95g dex drink (about an hour after my shot of 8iu's Humalog - IM)
i panicked a little and stuffed myself full of carbs
rice cakes, raisins, non fat yoghurt, honey, and marmalade on brown toast
along with another 30g whey
came to 180g carbs in all (not including the PWO drink before hand)
i felt better
but i felt so fat afterwards
i didnt feel weak or anything (i know that feeling well) i just felt dizzy/sick, hot and my heart was beating really quickly
funny thing is, i have been using 8iu's for over a week now with no probs
and my pwo drink has always been 65g whey/95g dex

i wander why though
i really didnt want to eat all those sugary carbs either cos i've just finished a cutting cycle and i want to keep my abs

my diet is
1 pro/carb
2 pro/fat
3 pro/carb
Gym
4 PWOwhey/dex
5 PPWO pro/carb (40g/40g)
6 PPPWO pro / carb or pro fat (it used to be with fat but i have decided to switch it to carbs from now on)
7 last meal pro/fat
3500, 3800 calories a day
450 carbs - 330 pro (approx)
