CHecking your JINO with the 12 digit code

Can someone please tell me how you can tell it your jino is real. I am at their website and I put in the code, but it comes back in chinese. I am at this site.

I cant believe no one here can help. I know I am being impatient, but I just recieved my kits and I want to be sure they are real. I already emailed GENSCI, so I guess I will just have to wait.

I just had trouble with this today but I figured it out.

After you type in the 12 digit code it comes back in chinease, simply hit the back button in that window and it will redirect you. You have to look in the Graph labled 1-12 and make sure the threads match up with the image in the window.

I hope this helps a little..

After it takes you to taht messed up looking screen just hit back and it will redirect ya and then just follw info from there.

Go to Google or bablefish and see if it can translate.. hopefully it is not chinese for "You've Been Fvcked"

It doesnt matter what language it is in. All you are looking for is that graph part of the label and to make sure the fibers are shown in the boxes match where they are on your actual label.Just enter the numbers in the upper right corner of this link:

Another problem could be your PC. For some reason I can't get a proper response on my desktop but my laptop does work on the site...go figure.
