    New previously unasked IGF-LR3 Question

    OK I lied - two questions:

    - If you are breaking your dosage up into two a day (say 40 and 40mcg)
    do you need to follow the same post-injection nutrition protocol for the
    injection that is NOT PWO? eg carbs & protien immediately/soon after,
    then same 1 hour and 2 hours later?

    I assume part of the reason for the post injection intake is to get the blood glucose levels back to a normal range, after the LR3 slams it a bit.

    - Those of you how are monitoring your blood glucose (I plan to do this)
    what are the critical point(s) during the day to do this.

    If it makes any difference I'm a morning workout person, by 8am I'm done and would inject. Figure I'd do the second injection around dinner time.

    Your questions are quite easy to answer.
    After your AM training session, immediately you would have your PWO shake(Dex/Pro).One hour later a solid meal of pro/carbs.Then eat every 2 hrs as normal.
    Come dinner time,have your shot,followed by a nutritious meal consisting of carbs/pro/and veggies of choice.Then 2 hrs later a small meal of pro/carb.2 hrs later your bedtime shake.You'll be good to go.Don't fret getting fat on IGf,as it's real hard to do that.You'll actually be able to eat far more carbs than you usually would while dropping BF simultaneously.

    A glucometer really isn't neccesary while running IGF.But if you really want to dial in your carb in take.It's a good tool.

    That shouldn't be a problem because if you're anything like me you will craaaaave carbs while on lr3.

    LOL...I guess its good that I'll be off the Test during the LR3 cycle....I haven't been able to figure out a way to eat non-stop AND jerk off non-stop.

    Don't even say it Pinn, I have tried your idea. But you see at age 50 there is also a danger that you get your hands confused, with disasterous results.

    LR3 at 50 is a beautiful thing I like the results better then HGH, I wasn't to happy with HGH

    Hey JB & Pinn,

    Now that I have your attention

    It seems that it requires a little tweaking of dosing, dose frequency, etc to figure out the optimum. I figure I'm going to start at 30mcg 2x daily - PWO and dinner time.

    What is the best idea - give that scheme a week and see how it works?

    My last Test shot is the 9th of December, so starting PCT the 23rd. When would be a good/best time to start a 4 week LR3 cycle? I have the gear now, I guess I could start anytime. What think elder statesmen?

    I'd run the 60 mcgs PWO only.When/if you make the decision to bump the dose,then splitting the 80 mcgs would be a good way to run it.Wait 2 weeks to see how you react before bumping the dose.60 mcg PWO might be enough for you.

    Start the IGF right when you start PCT.All the esters will be cleared from your system,so that's the time to protect those hard earned gains.

    You can start it the day after last shot or the day you start PCT, it's you're call.

    I think I'll wait until the Test levels are in the crapper. Give me something to look forward to

    I think I finally found a use for my Muscletech creatine Sounds like a couple of scoops of that, and a couple of scoops of whey and my PWO shake is complete. 75gr of Dextrose and 46gr of Protien.

    Now I gotta learn how to do injections in my gyms mens room, and I'm all set.
    A 1/2 cc slin pin shouldn't be too hard to hide.

    There's an idea! 'course I'm going to tell the tanning salon girl that she will have to wait in the back seat for a few minutes without me....oh wait a minute I be doing PCT...never mind.

    If you are doing glute-shoots, please tell me where your gym is so I can avoid it at all costs JB

    Seriously I was thinking I could probably pull off a thigh shoot in the car without looking too much like a deviant.

    Farting is no problem anywhere of course

    Are you lean enough to do a quad shot with a slin pin?They are only .5 "

    Hell, I guess I don't know Pinn, good question.

    The caliper indicates 5mm on the quad, so that would be 2-3mm of single layer fat. A half inch needle is 12.7 mm.
    Would 9-10mm take it deep enough?

    Cool. My Test E cycle hasn't done hardly diddly to my body fat % +/-.
    I sure the fat pounds are up, but the LBM gains have actually kept or reduced the %, which is just what I'd hoped for.

    I got this area about 5" in diameter around my navel, that is stuck at 18mm
    of fat with the calipers. Aside from the fat between my ears, that area is the worst. Any chance the IGF-LR3 will help me whack this down a bit?

    It won't do much for the fat on the upper body part(head),but you'll be quite impressed with how IGF will lean you out while still eating plenty of food.You'll see a reduction in the abdominal region.I'm sure of that.
