    Should IGF-1 and HGH be avoided if Diabetes runs in the family ?

    HGH and IGF-1 all appeal to me but my family has a history of diabetes...Could taking IGF-1 of HGH trigger this off ?

    You could add avandia to the list if diabetes meds that could be used. Out of the 2, I'd say LR3 would be the better choice, because as RB mentioned, insulin sensitivity
