Hypoglycemic... PLEASE help!
Hey bros,
I am not sure where to post this, so I will try it over here.
For the last 4-5 days I have been feeling pretty shitty. Constant state of hypoglycemia that's been making me very concerned. Time of day doesn't matter, morning, after PWO, my glucose levels are out of control. I have been measuring using my gf's glucometer to measure my BG. This morning it was like 63 and I have been feeling kind of weird all day, lightheaded, blurry vision sometimes.
Yesterday I was better, but the highest my glucose went was around 100 after 100g carbs PWO.
What should I do? I hate feeling like this I can't think straight, nothing.
Nothing has changed on my diet, I am not "on", not taking anything besides your daily dose of vitamins that we all know of.
Anybody experience this before? Can somebody become "hypoglycemic" so suddently? I am freaking out!

I agree, see a Dr and eat something with carbs before you go.

Thanks bro for the reply. I appreciate it.
Have you ever heard of a similar case?
I wonder if it could be some kind of "virus," I don't know, it was so sudden. And my diet is made entirely of low glyc carbs, except for PWO, I dont think I could eat any more clean (except for that cheat meal every week!)

You should def see a doctor, you could be diabetic. 65 is low and so is a 100 usually considering you had a 100g of dex.

Sounds like a meal before bed might help that.
