3:30pm 10iu humalog postworkout.
3:35pm 70g carbs
4:00pm PW - 75g of whey isolate.
5:00pm PPW - 50g carbs/50g protein meal.

I personally wouldn't do cardio while insulin is active because at that time I only concentrate on getting the right nutrients absorbed at the right time. Around this time, you are going through a recovery stage and I don't think it's a good idea to further exercise while your body is trying to recover from the previous workout.
I am sure you can take your slin like you have stated in the cycle above, but just make sure you have a carb drink on you at all times as you may experience hypoglycemia. If you happen to go hypo really easy when using slin, then I suggest you leave the cardio part out.
I would cardio first thing in the morning.

Yeah Gear, that is what Im going to have to do. BTW, I checked my glucose levels.
3:30pm 10iu IM humalog
3:35pm 70g carbs
4:00pm 75g protein
4:40pm My glucose levels were at 76dl.
5:00pm 50g carbs/50g protein meal.
Somone told me to keep my bg levels above 85, so I woould have to increase my carb uptake. What do ya think bro?

Hey bro, let me modify it for you a little.
* 3:30pm - 10IU IM Humalog
* Immidietly post injection, have your 70g of carbs
* 3:45pm - 75g protein isolate
* 5:00pm - 50g carbs/50g protein meal
Only consume carbs if you feel the need to. So if you feel a little hypo then have some carbs. Just because yout BG monitor is showing a low reading, it doesn't necessaraly mean you need more carbs. However, it does mean that your BG levels are low and you may be close to experiencing hypo. So the reading that your BG monitor gives you is just a guideline so you know where you are at. I have had my BG levels drop below 70 and I felt fine. Listen to your body, go by how you feel. If you feel the need for more carbs then have more carbs, simple as that.
