    Igf-1 Lr3

    I don't suppose its recommended to use this by itself. Searched and didn't see anyone doing that or talking about it so I guess not. But if it is or someone has tried it I would be interested how it worked out for them.

    It doesn't mean you wouldn't benefit from it if you used it by itself.

    People like to use it in PCT,I guess this is classed by itself.I have ran it on it`s own and lost BF% on a non restricted diet.
