    Can i take ECA+HGH?

    Is it ok for me to run at say 6am for 30-45mins after taking ECA and then shooting 2-3iu hgh say 2hrs later? Will taking ECA have any negative effect on taking the hgh??? Thanks!

    I take it you are running on a empty stomact, then would take the 2-3iu of Gh go for the run, you will feel tired from the GH but it will spare muscle. Then get home and take your ECA before breakfast witch could eat muscle with no food in your system.

    So you're saying take 2-3iu hgh around 30mins b4 running and then taking eca b4 breakfast??

    I take my ECA first thing with 5g glutamine, 20 mins later I run for 45 mins, then GH, then breakfast.
    I've never heard of ECA eating muscle.

    Well just before your run, the reason I would leave the ECA till after is because it would be catabolic to muscle on emty stomach. The HGH will help preserve muscle while doing carido on emty stomach. Respect

    ECA is extremely catabolic on emty stomach. You have been asleep all night you have no carbs in your system. I know what your thinking it will burn fat and it will but will also use muscle for energy. I have to addmit the glutaime would help, but ECA is very powerfull, so the Glutamime would not be enough to preserve muscle. Even if you were to run without the ECA there would be a certin ammount of muscle loss. My advice drop the ECA and save till after your run and use the Gluatmine and GH before your run.

    No offence bro but I'm not convinced, ECA is so effective at mobilising fat that it can be described as muscle sparing, ECA on an empty stomach before am cardio is a fairly widely used practice, Chris Aceto recommends it and seeing as he advises Cutler among many others I think I'll stick with it.
