As far as LBM on LR3 there is no definite number. I have used up to 120mcg ED and saw minimal LBM. I've also talked to people that have taken in up to an over 500g of Protein a day.
So with those numbers you'll have a lot to work with. I for one use LR3 only in PCT and in my cutters. As for increased muscle mass I dont count on it to do much of the work.

I didn't see much muscle gains either but what I did see is hardening and the shape of the muscles change in appearance. it's kind of cool but I feel GH is better for the $$ once your on over 8 months....
I had my buddy do 100mcg/day after his AS cycle and he kept all his gains and put on about 4 lbs. I think it's great for this.

its a good additive to gh and slin but no more one its own it sucks
