IGF-1 LR3 & HIT training
I have been doing a lot of research, but don't see anything really on this yet. Any suggestions on how to properly I should dose/administer/use IGF-1 LR3 while using a HIT traing protocol 3 times a week in my lab rats. They seem to be responding well to this traing regimen, but how should I incorporate the IGF-1 LR3 . . . dose them everyday in the AM, and post workout on lifting days? And what would be an example diet to run them on to avoid going hypo??? any input or links to discussions on this would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

what dose were you planning on running?
just shoot pwo or AM on non-WO days.
hypo is'nt as bad as with slin but you could just keep some dex tabs at hand just in case.

I have been looking at dose of 20 mcg q am everyday, and 20 more pwo on workout days. Thanks for the advice on the dex tabs too. Is there a better dosing scheme though, maybe shoot more 30 or 40 q AM on non-workout?? At this dose my kit will last about 5 weeks, give or take . . . I read this is near the max recommended time for LR3 cycle . . . is that credible?

From what I have read most guys haven't seen many results from that dose. The experienced guys suggest at least 50mcg up to 100mcg. Again that is just what I have read on here no personal experience.

I see, I have been reformulating that now! This may be my new experiment:
1-10 Test Prop 100mg ED
1-10 Var 60 or 80mg ED
HCG ?
1-11 Anastrazole / Tamoxifen
PCT (28 days)
11-14 Clomid 300mg X 1d; 100mg X 27d
11-14 Tamoxifen / Anastrazole
11-14 LR3 (work days only) 40 Q am & 40 PWO
11-14 Proviron 50mg ED
Stats: 5'10", about 205lbs, approx 15%bf???, have experience w/ tren , EQ, prop, & Test E; this is 3rd cycle . . . looking to harden up and lose some BF for the summer; not looking for major size gains . . . will be using a modified cutting diet from the cutting sticky. Starting in 4 wks
