    LR3 question

    I am on a 750mg of sust and 600mg of decca a week. Can I do 40mcg of IGF-1 LR3 during the four weeks of my pct? Is it worth it? Will I get gain from it?

    The search button is your best friend with this question. There are numerous threads on PCT and LR3.

    I for one will never run another PCT without it. Take a gander at some other threads. Good Luck

    Jay, could you yust name some of the benefits with using it in PCT? That you have noticed from expirience?

    From experience, I have noticed many benefits to using LR3 in my PCT. primarily retention of gains. In my last cycle I gained about 12lbs. or so and was able to keep 90%+ of gains including strength. I normally do well after PCT but lose strength and some scale weight (water). But after my last run my strength didnt budge a bit and scale weight only went down about 2lbs.

    Just to add to that, I up my kcals big time in PCT. The LR3 enabled me to eat more and actually still lose some BF. When PCT and LR3 was over I was left with the same weight (roughly) and can honestly say that strength did not budge one bit. That left and impression and for those reasons I'll never run another without it.

    I"m approaching PCT in a month and just got my 3mgs in a few days ago .
